The secret to losing weight? Have an early breakfast

In fact, it seems that a good breakfast made at this time allows us to dispose of what we eat and activate the metabolism to burn better even in the rest of the day. The subsequent meals, lunch and dinner, should instead be eaten one before one and the other around six and a quarter or in any case very far from bedtime (and by eight). The ideal would be to have dinner around seven thirty, then stop eating until the morning, guaranteeing a fast of twelve hours.
Clearly, if there are some greedy foods that we want to eat, the ideal would be to use them for breakfast!
