The satiating, vegan protein shake
This protein shake whose recipe I post to you today is the result of a study , which has identified a special, highly satiating and protein ingredient, to be included in smoothies to make them a perfect replacement meal, because, it reads, rich in protein and fiber , as well as energizing in spite of a modest calorie content. It works great in combination with fruit.

Red or green, bought already boiled and thoroughly rinsed under running water before using them, they help to give the smoothie creaminess and a very satiating fibrous texture . They also lend themselves a lot to sweet recipes. Today’s protein shake is in fact chocolate, vegan, delicious.
Chocolate protein shake
For a portion
200 ml of Alpro-type chocolate soy milk
100 g of boiled red or green lentils (alternatively: cannellini)
100 g of very ripe banana, preferably frozen (i.e. cut into cubes and frozen)
a teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
3-4 ice cubes (if the banana is not frozen)
Blend all the ingredients. Excellent for breakfast and as a lunch replacement meal.
Calories: 330, 13 g protein (13.5 with cannellini beans), 5 g fat, 54 carbs.Â
