The rice diet: belly off

The rice diet , like the soup, lemon or apple diet, is an evergreen .

In the rice diet, boiled rice, which must be cooked not al dente but very soft, almost soupy, with a teaspoon of oil (or a little butter) and a teaspoon of Parmesan cheese, helps to deflate the belly  and satiates, thanks to the fact that more than rice you eat a kind of rice soup that is very filling.
In 3-4 days of dieting, the belly deflates quickly and you lose a pound and a half like nothing.
However, it is essential that the rice is cooked as I have just explained. 

How to do the rice diet?
It’s very simple. Here is the plan. It can be followed for three or four days in a row up to a maximum of two weeks.
In two weeks, 4/5 kilos are lost.

RICE DIET

Breakfast: 2 glasses of warm water before breakfast. 
unsweetened coffee or tea. 150 g of skimmed Greek yogurt or 200 ml of skimmed milk + 3 rusks with 3 teaspoons of jam.
Snack: 100 gr of raw carrots cut into slices or 80 gr of very ripe kiwi.
A glass of warm water before lunch.
Lunch: 80 grams of rice cooked as in the introduction. 2-3 almonds. A digestive herbal tea with fennel seeds, without sugar but with stevia.
Snack: 150 gr of apple cooked in a pan into small pieces with a pinch of cinnamon.
A glass of warm water before dinner.
Dinner:130 grams of chicken breast or cod or hake or 100 grams of grilled veal or turkey or a large can of natural tuna or half a jar of cottage cheese or two eggs. 250 grams of cooked vegetables to choose from: zucchini, mushrooms, fennel, onions, spinach, pumpkin, peppers, radicchio, aubergines cooked with a level teaspoon of oil and lemon juice or apple vinegar.

Instead of white rice , you can eat brown rice, also of red or black variety, and basmati.
But rice must always be cooked for a long time as I explained in the introduction, and follow the rules of water.
