If I don’t lose weight, something is certainly wrong.
Even the human body, with the appropriate adaptations, responds to the laws of thermodynamics, so if I burn more than what I eat I should necessarily lose weight.

And what are the reasons why this doesn’t happen with me?
Why does it seem to me that everyone is losing weight and I don’t?
Well … why don’t I lose weight?

What is it, bad luck, inability?
Well, if you too do this from time to time, know that you are not the only person who believes that you are a particular case in the fight against extra pounds.
But in reality, like everyone else, you’re wrong a little bit.

IF I DON’T LOSE WEIGHT AT TWENTY YEARS

If I don’t lose weight in my twenties it doesn’t mean there is something wrong with me, but that I am stressing my body when it is at its maximum metabolic potential right after adolescence.
In this age it is really a big mistake to get lost behind disposable diets thinking you are healthy and immortal (so nothing can happen to us). At the age of twenty, for example, I did things that were very harmful to my health, extreme diets, things I would never recommend.

And the body, unfortunately, has a memory.
For this reason we have to change our attitude at the age of twenty.

  • Avoid disposable diets and get to know your body.
  • Learn to make physical activity a healthy habit that you will carry on for life, never cut calories too much and learn to eat fruit and vegetables from now on and cook your own meals.
  • Avoid diets in which you cut too many categories of foods in order not to become a slave to nervous hunger in a few years.
  • Avoid weight loss that is too drastic so as not to traumatize the skin.
