Flat stomachI read it this morning and I immediately liked it: published on the La Fucina website,  it is a return diet for those who, after the holidays, have gained a few extra pounds, and are looking for a non-drastic and healthy solution to lose weight. Developed by nutritionist Chiara Cevoli , this mini-diet is flexible and balanced, and more than a real diet with a beginning and an end, it is a regimen that allows us to acquire the best eating habits that we can carry around even in winter.

As you can see, in fact , there are no portions or calories , only foods to be preferred at various times of the day. You can follow this pattern for two weeks and lose 3 pounds without stress.

THE RETURN DIET OF DR CEVOLI
Scheme of the diet

Breakfast.
1 yogurt with a tablespoon of dried fruit + a fruit to taste. Or a yogurt or a cup of milk with two tablespoons of muesli.
Snack: a centrifuged vegetable and fruit ( here some balanced ideas ) or a handful of oil seeds (sunflower, pumpkin) or 10 almonds.
Lunch: it must begin with a plate of raw and mixed vegetables (crudités) perhaps seasoned with a pinzimonio. This is followed by a pasta-based dish alternating with other cereals (millet, oats, rice, quinoa, spelled and barley) dressed with simple sauce or vegetables and a teaspoon of oil, plus a portion of cooked vegetables. Make sure that the pasta, rice or cereals cover the bottom of the plate, then add the vegetables.

A ginger-based decoction to finish.
Dinner: mixed salad with half a jar of boiled legumes or a portion of blue fish equal to the palm of your hand or a 100-pound portion of low-fat cheeses (ricotta, cottage cheese, juniper) accompanied by grilled vegetables and a maximum teaspoon of oil .

Snack: a ten-gram piece of dark chocolate whenever you want (alternatively a popsicle).
