The principles of intuitive eating or instinctive eating
I have already talked about intuitive eating in this article here, where I explain what is meant by instinctive eating: it means self-regulating with food without practicing a form on it anymore, but without even gaining weight, although you can take or lose some kilos initially. It means the end of all problems related to food , and an instinctive way of eating whereby you eat when you want to and what you want.
This does not mean abandoning any dietary rules (such as meal times), but having a healthy relationship with food, learning to eat through the hormones of hunger and satiety, without considering food in the form of calories and macronutrients, but according to our cravings and nutritional needs. And learn to listen to the body, interpreting cravings and hunger.
Undoubtedly intuitive eating is fascinating and would be the ideal diet for anyone: but many approach it with the same mentality as a diet.
