THE DRAINING PINEAPPLE DRINK
For one portion:
100 grams of fresh pineapple, including the central stem
100 ml of skim milk or coconut drink or coconut water
a handful of fresh mint leaves
a pinch of turmeric
half a teaspoon of Truvia (optional )
a small piece of fresh ginger (one centimeter) or a tip of a teaspoon of powdered ginger
a pinch of whole salt

Procedure: starting with the pineapple and mint, blend all the ingredients in order to have a smooth and homogeneous smoothie. If you want it fluffier, add 2-3 ice cubes. Calories: 77 with coconut water; 85 with skimmed or vegetable milk.
