One of the most famous “single issue” diets for losing weight is undoubtedly the pineapple diet , which is based on a fruit that is key to our health. The pineapple in addition to containing a lot of vitamin C and a lot of magnesium, contains a substance that has often been used in supplements to lose weight, and which in particular is found in its stem (therefore the central part, the most woody one).

    • A 3-day lightning diet that despite being restrictive is not dangerous to health: like any lightning diet, it allows a fast weight loss of two kilos, undoubtedly better than any detox diet of juices and centrifuged and is also economical.
    • Breakfast. A glass of water with lemon juice. Fresh pineapple 500 grams. Sugar-free coffee or tea.
    • Snack: a slice of pineapple with a sprinkle of cinnamon or ginger powder + a cucumber.
