A medium 200 gr cucumber to use with its peel
A 100 gr kiwi about
A small avocado (200 gr)
A 150 gr green apple

The juice of a lime or a lemon
Two tablespoons of aloe vera juice
400 ml of water
Blend all the ingredients: per serving you will get about two glasses of smoothie to drink instead of dinner, balanced in fats and low glycemic index carbohydrates, with a high fiber content and avocado protein.
