The Paleo diet, says the cardiologist, will also be in fashion among the stars (the last is Anne Hathaway, who even would have apologized to Peta ) and the bodybuilders, but she is absolutely unbalanced and not recommended . The WA Heart Foundation warns : The Paleo diet dangerously raises bad cholesterol levels in the blood , due to the increase in red meat and animal protein fats in the diet.
