The most not recommended crash diets
Time has made a list of diets dangerous to health and drastic, diets that taken from the desperation of the extra pounds many people do, letting themselves be tempted by the promise of quick and guaranteed results: “I will suffer for a few days, a week or two, but do you want to put the satisfaction of dropping the balance? “. Here: more or less this is the reasoning that makes those who fall for it , perhaps feeling guilty if the famous results advertised by the supporters of these miraculous diets or promised by the magazines are slow to arrive, are minimal and often nil. Worse, after the diet we have more fam and, we feel more exasperated and we tend to gain more weight.
So here is a quick list, updated to some diets that I have also talked about, of drastic and dangerous diets not to be done absolutely.
THE MOST DRASTIC DIETS NOT RECOMMENDED:
The blood type diet: carried out by Peter d’Adamo, who is not a doctor, however, has Dr. Mozzi as supporters in Italy. According to the diet, we should all eat according to our blood type . Good. What a pity that it has no scientific validity. And what bad luck those to whom the diet imposes restrictive measures!
The Alkaline Diet:Â Do you really believe that diet can affect the acidity or alkalinity of the blood?
The 5 bite diet:eat whatever you want, but only for five bites per meal. You seem to be thought of by a sadist.
The lemon diet or master cleanse: I talked about it here . Drinks of water and lemon to expel every possible stuff from our body, believing to detoxify. Don’t google images for it as a master cleanse diet please. I have warned you.
The cabbage soup diet and the minestrone diet: it teaches us how to have intestinal colic by stuffing yourself with boiled vegetables and liquids. I’ve seen people get fat again the next day. Really healthy.
The HCG diet:it is a dangerous diet, in which the unprepared are required to take supplements of HCG, the pregnancy hormone, and follow a 500-calorie-a-day diet for a month, a month and a half. I have no words.
The baby food diet: also called Baby Food diet, consists of feeding on baby food so as not to exceed 800 calories per day. I don’t know if I can comment on it, also because I wrote about it here .
The sachet diet:there are several, actually. I mean all those diets where they give you meal replacements in sachets, freeze-dried protein and various snacks. Healthy stuff eh, that poisons your liver, and allows you to lose weight often by taking advantage of ketosis, or starving yourself for carbohydrates. Don’t complain if you want to eat an Olympic-sized tub of ice cream the next day.
