The Mediterranean diet according to Chef Rubio

The Mediterranean diet according to Chef Rubio

The Mediterranean diet: everyone says they do it, however few follow the tradition of our land inspired by the principles of the diet that made the famous doctor Ancel Keys fall in love with Italy. And so, today, more than a Mediterranean diet, we bring to the table something that has very little Mediterranean, while it has a lot of Western and modern.

Today we see the Mediterranean diet according to Chef Rubio, who has developed a very particular recipe book inspired by tradition.

THE MEDITERRANEAN DIET ACCORDING TO CHEF RUBIO

Chef Rubio , if you don’t know, is a television personality, chef and former rugby player, famous for having conducted programs such as “Truckers in a trattoria”, “Greasy and greasy”, “In search of lost taste”.
There are those who love him and there are those who criticize him, but Chef Rubio is undoubtedly one of the most impactful television phenomena of recent years as regards food and cooking programs.

In collaboration with the nutritionist Stefania Ruggeri, who is the author of the book, our hero has created a book in which he revisits the recipes of our Mediterranean culinary tradition with an eye to line and health. It is called “The new Mediterranean diet” and is a book published by the publisher Gribaudo that you can find here.

A book that can allow us to make peace with the diet of our land, dispelling the false myths that pasta would make you fat and that Italian cuisine is made up only of Sunday dishes. In fact it offers the beauty of 40 recipes. And not only.
There are also food plans to follow low-calorie diets (from 1400 calories) in a Mediterranean key.
