The Malibu diet: lose 2 pounds in 7 days
There are two or more Malibu diets, but this one that I propose to immediately lose two kilos and deflate yourself is the Malibu diet by Klaus Oberbeil, a German science journalist who under this name has improperly called one of his diets, which in reality does not exist in America as ” Malibu diet ”(and it is not the diet of the stars).
The real Malibu Beach 48h Diet is a diet that includes only fruit and vegetables for 48 hours or a special juice for sale on Amazon, and is very similar to the 48h Hollywood Diet Miracle I talk about here .
Nonetheless, Oberbeil’s intent to create a Western diet that would lead to weight loss has been successful. His Malibu diet has been successful especially in Italy, and being a balanced regime, we can do it safely for a week, with the intention of losing 2 kilos.

WHAT TO EAT IN THE FIRST 48 HOURS.
The first 48 hours of the Malibu diet include a real “shock” treatment.
Fruits, vegetables and lean proteins are the protagonists of the diet.Breakfast .
A fruit of apple, kiwi or orange, coffee or tea.
Snack : a hard-boiled egg or a 25-gram slice of wholemeal bread with two slices of cooked ham, tea or coffee.
Lunch.
50 grams of brown rice with 80 grams of natural or ground chicken tuna and 150 grams of cherry tomatoes or courgettes, a teaspoon of oil.
Snack: a raw carrot.
Dinner.
100 grams of fresh salmon / bresaola with mixed salad to taste dressed with vinegar or lemon juice or 100 grams of light mozzarella / cottage cheese with 150 grams of zucchini, asparagus or steamed spinach with a little balsamic vinegar.
