Monday

Tuesday
Breakfast with a cup of green tea + 1 centrifuged or smoothie of cucumber, fennel or carrot and ginger.
Snack with raw fennel or raw cucumbers.
Lunch with sautéed courgettes or baked pumpkin with only herbs or spices + mixed salad with only lemon juice. We can add raw carrots, cucumbers, raw peppers, raw onion, beetroot.
Snack with 1 centrifuged or smoothie of cucumbers, fennel or carrot and ginger.
Dinner with a boiled potato and seasoned with a teaspoon of oil, salt, pepper and parsley + a side of vegetables of your choice seasoned with lemon juice, but no oil.
Wednesday
Breakfast as from Monday
Snack + snack as from Tuesday.
Lunch as from Monday.
Dinner as from Tuesday.
