The light chocolate smoothie!

A little help at only 130 calories for those who want something tasty (and chocolaty) as a snack, and which can be eaten even twice a day without contraindications. Reason? It is a light chocolate smoothie, which fits perfectly into the dietary snack criteria such as “low-fat yogurt and fruit” but is less monotonous, tastier and more tempting and will still allow us to eat very healthy and nutritious foods. Also ideal for children, this fruity can also be consumed twice a day. Here is the easy recipe!

LIGHT CHOCOLATE SMOKE
100 gr of Greek yogurt 0% or plain white, without added fats and sugars, natural (cal. 50)
half a glass of water (150 ml)
a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa (10 gr) (cal. 32)
a teaspoon of

stevia coffee as needed to sweeten (about a sachet

half ripe banana (50-60 gr), cut into pieces, preferably previously placed in the freezer for an hour or alternatively: 100 gr of pear without peel (cal. 40) + 3
vanilla flavored ice cubes

Method.
Mix well the spoonful of cocoa with one of water, without making lumps. Add the remaining water, the coffee and the stevia, pour everything into a saucepan and put on the heat until it comes to a boil. Let the mixture cool down perfectly: in this way you will avoid the “raw” flavor of the cocoa. Then pour it into a mixer with the yogurt and the chosen fruit and blend everything well together with the aroma.
And voila: your light smoothie is ready!
