LeBootCamp diet
The LeBootCamp diet method was developed to lose weight and stay in shape: it is called the 4-phase method and focuses on 4 pillars according to its inventor, namely nutrition, light gymnastics, stress and motivation, sleep management. The first two pillars are clear: nutrition and gymnastics will allow us to lose weight, but the right motivation, stress management and sleep are also very important: stress and lack of sleep negatively affect our hormones, making us gain weight.
As I told you, the LeBootCamp diet is divided into four phases.
1) Detox phase
2) Attack
phase 3) Maintenance
phase 4) Defense phase
During the diet you can eat as many as 150 foods in unlimited quantities, with particular attention to some superfoods, such as buckwheat, which Valerie “sponsors” because it contains incredible properties.
The detox phaselasts four weeks, and focuses on some foods to help deflate us and make us lose the first pounds, while other foods must be eliminated: ni red meats, farmed fish, eggs, drinks, sweeteners, industrial products, milk and cow cheeses. Yes to salmon and wild fish, cheeses and goat milk, nuts, vegetables, fruits, soy proteins, white meats. In this phase there is the Turbo Detox day, a day in which 5 particular detoxifying foods are concentrated, including buckwheat, lemon and water, artichokes, buckwheat tea (sobacha tea) and garlic. This day has a fixed menu that is re-proposed during the diet.
The attack phase or booster phaseinstead it is based on some superfoods and a low glycemic index menu to lose weight especially at the belly level: it lasts seven days, so at this stage you are in the fifth week of the diet. In these five weeks the excess weight is lost, to then maintain it in the last two phases. At the same time, an “easy fitness” program will guarantee us an efficient metabolism and help us lose weight. Apart from the detox phase, there are no strictly prohibited foods, and Valerie prescribes a completely anti-stress day a week in which to disconnect from the whole world, starting with facebook and email.
