Here’s how to prepare this last-minute slimming tea. 

Ingredients for 300 ml of water (dose of two cups a day)
20 gr of birch leaves
20 gr of fennel seeds
10 gr of lemon balm
Boil birch, fennel seeds and lemon balm for 7-8 minutes from the moment it boils ‘water. Let it cool well, strain the slimming tea and keep it in the fridge overnight. Drink it the next day , in two cups, one in the morning and one in the middle of the afternoon.
