The kefir diet smoothie is an ideal breakfast smoothie , fresh, light, rich in antioxidants: it contains fruit, green tea and kefir milk (it can also be made with kefir water), and allows us to fill our daily needs of fruit in the morning, which we will not eat after lunch or as a snack, and probiotics. This dietetic kefir smoothie is in fact functional to intestinal health and allows us to start the morning with a light and refreshing meal.

KEFIR DIET SMOKE
For 2 servings
– 5-6 ice cubes with green tea (you get them by making a cup of green tea beforehand and putting it in the ice cream tray of the freezer, then freezing them) or 5-6 ice cubes + a tablespoon of powdered matcha tea
– a full glass of kefir milk or fermented milk (250 ml)
– half a ripe banana (about 75 g)
– half a peach or a small 100 g peach with peel (alternatively 2 fresh red plums)
– 150 gr of: cherries or strawberries or blueberries or raspberries or mulberries or black grapes

Blend all the ingredients: you will get a very frothy and naturally sweet compound that should not be further enriched with honey or sweetener and should be drunk on the spot.
