This is what a very particular study affirms, which confirms the hypothesis of some doctors on the health benefits of coffee.
And in particular for cardiovascular health , for some serious autoimmune diseases and even against depression.
If physiologist Ray Peat already recommends drinking coffee to help the liver, thyroid and reduce the risk of degenerative diseases , as a natural magnesium supplement and detoxifying and antioxidant drink, crucial for hormone health, a study confirms him.
According to the study, a minimum of three cups a day allows us to reduce the risk of premature mortality, and that five cups a day would even be the ideal dose.
Promoted by the  Harvard School of Public Health, the study found that  the bioactive compounds in coffee reduce the risk of insulin resistance , prevent weight gain, aid metabolism and play a key role as natural anti-inflammatories.
To establish the benefits of coffee, over 200,000 participants were examined and monitored over 30 years.
Coffee should therefore be part of a balanced and active diet, and in this way it would protect us from degenerative diseases, the risk of dementia, the risk of premature aging, cardiovascular disease.
