The “green” draining drink
Today I post a recipe for a draining drink , a smoothie (therefore a smoothie, not a centrifuged), which involves the combination of some raw vegetables with fruit, choosing the best options to get rid of some excess liquid. In fact , this smoothie contains lettuce ,  cucumber and celery , a real winning “triad” to deflate. When to drink it?
You can drink a glass in the morning and one in the afternoon , or as a substitute meal if we plan to access the next meal. Here is the recipe. The doses are for two glasses of draining drink, or about 250-300 ml per serving. For the predominance of vegetables, this smoothie
THE GREEN DRAINING DRINK
150 gr of apple (better green or yellow or fuji) with the peel
half a stalk of celery
a handful of baby spinach (50 gr)
half a cucumber (about 100 gr)
a handful of lettuce, or about 50 gr (the watercress is more suitable)
water 1 cup
ice 3 cubes
fresh ginger a small piece (optional)
Procedure: simply blend all the ingredients until you get a creamy, not too liquid texture. This way your draining drink will satiate you even more. You can also add sweetener of your choice to make the smoothie sweeter
