The effective drainage for the night

The effective drainage for the night

Here is the recipe for an effective drainage that is popular on the net and that I tried for you: it really deflates , but to avoid disturbing your sleep, I recommend that you do not drink it before going to sleep (I got out of bed three times in all tonight to go pee), but to drink it immediately after dinner, so as to go to sleep already more deflated and wake up in the morning with a flatter stomach but also rested, without nocturnal raids to the bathroom. I’m talking about the nighttime diuretic smoothie with lemon, ginger and cucumber that has been making the rounds of social networks these days.

Why does it work? Because lemon and ginger are two powerful anti-inflammatories, lemon regulates the intestinal tract, ginger has a mild thermogenic action and cucumber is a very diuretic vegetable. Drinking a smoothie that combines these three elements allows you to obtain an effective and low-cost draining product.
The recipe is simple.
Peel a cucumber, put it in the blender in pieces together with the juice of an untreated lemon and a tablespoon of chopped fresh ginger root. Add a small glass of water (120 ml) and then blend everything.

I also added a teaspoon of an exceptional organic honey that I have at home, but the original recipe does not include the use of any sweetener. It had a lot of effect on me! Try it for example after an evening in a pizzeria, after a day in which you have exaggerated with carbohydrates (which cause water retention if eaten in excess) or with some appetizers that are a little too salty, or after having indulged in a small alcoholic drink.
The mineral salts contained in this drink help rehydrate us in the correct world and vitamin C helps the liver in its detoxifying work.
If the diuretic effect in the evening still disturbs sleep even if you consume it after dinner, you can drink the smoothie early in the morning!
