The easy protein pudding for those who love sweets

Do you like sweets and at the end of a meal, more than a peckish for something sweet, would you like not only a nice whole Sacher, but also the whole choice of sweets and sugared almonds from the Hotel Sacher in Vienna delivered to your home by a little sugar man? No problem. That is, yes, there is a problem, it is clear, but by making an effort it is possible to create very abundant desserts in portions but also healthy, like this easy protein pudding, which has 200 calories per serving, but which is very voluminous and satiating.

Just think that a whole serving of this pudding is over 300 grams, so it is the equivalent of two and a half puddings of those bought at the supermarket, with the advantage of not having too much sugar and being absolutely fat-free or almost.
Here is the recipe.

EASY PROTEIN PUDDING (FOR SWEET LOVERS)
100 ml of pasteurized egg white
125 ml of water
a very ripe 120-130 gram banana
10 gr of bitter cocoa
flavorings of your choice (cinnamon, vanilla extract, ginger)
a pinch of stevia or 2-3 drops of sweetener (optional)

In a saucepan pour water and egg white and cook over medium heat, stirring. Turn off just before the mixture, which will be liquid but just creamy and white, begins to boil. Let it cool for a few minutes, then blend the mixture together with the bitter cocoa and ripe banana, adding the aromas and possibly the sweetener. Check that it is smooth and without lumps. Pour it into a large container if you do not have a mold, such as a mug or cup (or pour it into two glasses), and keep it in the fridge for at least two hours. Serve garnished as you like: a sprinkle of cocoa, a low-sugar chocolate or caramel syrup.
