The Dukan 7 days vegan
Today we see how to behave if you are vegan and want to try a protein and low carb diet: for example the 7-day Dukan or Escalier diet, a diet that I always recommend compared to the traditional Dukan, for these reasons
– it is cyclical, and in a week it allows to have full feeding days and restrictive days: in this way the metabolism is not lowered, we also eat carbohydrates and this daily variation also gives a shock to the metabolism itself, for example of many cyclical diets that prove to be effective for this reason (pyramid diet , cyclic low carb diet, etc.)
– it is more sustainable in the long term
– unlike the traditional Dukan, in the 7 day or escalier Dukan diet there is no risk of nutritional deficiencies
