DIY CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE, THE RECIPE!
Ingredients:
12 g of unsweetened cocoa + 6 g abundant for the filling
3 tablespoons of double 0 flour or spelled flour
2 teaspoons of sugar
a generous pinch of stevia or other sweetener
a tip of a teaspoon of yeast
the albumen of a small egg (optional: if you use it, reduce the milk to 1 and a half tablespoons)
2 teaspoons of coconut oil or peanut oil
3 tablespoons of milk of your choice (cow or vegetable or other) + one for the filling
a pinch of vanillin or other aroma
Procedure:
Mix all the dry ingredients, then add the oil mixed with the milk. Pour the mixture into a freshly oiled cup that can go in the microwave and cook for 30-40 seconds: or if it does not have a microwave, pour the mixture into two previously oiled muffin molds and cook them for 14 minutes at 180 degrees. For the filling: mix 6 grams of cocoa (a generous teaspoon) with a few drops of sweetener or stevia and a teaspoon of milk in a cup. Mix the mixture well and spread the chocolate frosting light over the mug cake.
