4 almonds previously soaked in wate

1 cup of black or green cabbage leaves (alternatively rocket is fine)
1 cup of spinach leaves
a spoonful of honey
half a cup of milk (alternatively half a cup of unsweetened apple juice)
Centrifuge spinach, cabbage and almonds, adding the other liquids afterwards.
