The diet with big breakfast: 3 kg away in 10 days

A diet with a hearty and delicious breakfast that however works to lose weight quickly. This is the diet that the lifestyle journalist Karen Wh eeler has defined as the ” Diet of Marie Antoinette ” In her book, written together with Dr. Mabel Blades, an established dietician expert in eating disorders and diabetology.
A diet that, starting from the queen’s life, is based on a delicious breakfast in the morning to lose weight, a protein lunch and a vegetable cream at dinner, along with small sweet snacks.
Ideal for those who like to start the day on a sweet note and don’t want to give up a slice of cake. The idea behind Marie Antoinette’s Big Breakfast Diet is very simple, just follow these rules.
DIET WITH ABUNDANT BREAKFAST: THE RULES
- In the morning, you can indulge in a delicious breakfast with a slice of cake (without icing) of about 350 calories. A slice of jam tart (about one tenth), cocoa cake or heaven cake (one tenth) is fine. All this coupled with 150 grams of low-fat white Greek yogurt or skimmed quark and a teaspoon of stevia. Alternatively, a brioche with cream or a croissant with cream or jam plus a cappuccino with sweetener (no nutella, no fried) are good. So if you have breakfast at the café, this diet is for you. Next to the dessert, a coffee or tea without sugar or with sweetener.
- At lunch, the meal plan includes white meat or fish or natural tofu (up to 120 grams) grilled or boiled or baked or a portion of legumes (about 60 from dried or 180 grams from boiled) + a plate of sauteed vegetables in a pan with a teaspoon of oil (250 grams of vegetables of your choice, no potatoes). Finish the meal with 5 grams of extra dark chocolate and a bitter coffee or bitter herbal tea (no sweetener).
- For dinner, a plate of minestrone without legumes or potatoes or a vegetable cream of your choice with 25 grams of wholemeal bread or two rice cakes. Granted a teaspoon of oil.

One based on red fruits (125 gr) or citrus fruit or kiwi fruit (150 gr) in the middle of the day (a 200 ml sugar-free orange juice is also good). One based on 125 grams of low-fat yogurt with a teaspoon of honey. - After dinner, a cube of dark chocolate (always 5 g) can end the day.
With this simple scheme you can lose up to 3 kg in ten days, assures the dietician. The important thing is that the delicious breakfast does not include frying, and that you stick to the meal plan for at least two weeks.
