The diet smoothie if you’ve eaten too much
This diet smoothie is very simple and fast , and replaces the classic compensation meal, the one we do to keep ourselves light after the food addictions. It is a satiating and hunger-breaking smoothie , ideal in place of fasting or fruit meals to reduce calories and reduce intestinal bloating caused by poor digestion from a heavy meal . It is perfect as a substitute for the other meal (if we ate too much for lunch, let’s drink it for dinner and vice versa), and allows us to quickly deflate, drain and purify ourselves. Here is the recipe for the diet smoothie.
THE DIET SMOKE IF YOU HAVE EATEN TOO MUCH
ORÂ COMPENSATION SMOKE
Ingredients for one person (comes a large glass):
200 ml of skimmed milk or soy milk without added sugar
a tablespoon of flaxseed powder or chia seeds or 4 nuts (8 kernels)
fresh mint and fresh ginger (both optional but recommended)
grated zest of half an organic lemon
150 gr of fresh pineapple or natural can, without juice (fresh is better, especially if you don’t remove the stem)
2-3 ice cubes to make it frothy (optional)
Put the ingredients in a blender, blend well and drink.
The synergy of pineapple bromelain, skimmed milk and the mint and ginger binomial facilitates digestion, deflates and purifies, also making us pass the nausea from bingeing.
