The Dash diet is the best in the United States
For five years in a row, including last year, the Dash diet has taken the lead as the best diet in the world according to a US News & World Report survey for  weight loss and health, while with the sole goal to lose extra pounds, the best diet according to Americans is a weight watchers-like point diet. But what does the Dash diet consist of? How many of you know it?
The Dash diet rhymes with “heart”: it is in fact a diet that has been developed for cardiovascular well-being and pressure through the improvement of nutrition and regular and daily physical activity, which consequently also makes you lose a lot of weight,as those who observe it testify to have lost several kilos as well as having had a healthier heart and lower blood pressure . It is a regime that involves a large consumption of whole grains and vegetables, while strongly limiting the consumption of red meats and sweets and above all the consumption of salt. It is suitable for everyone, but in general it is the ideal diet for those suffering from hypertension, as well as for those with circulatory problems and water retention
