Ingredients
Unsweetened almond milk (you can find it organic: for example Valdibella), 200 ml
Cold coffee two full cups
A banana in pieces kept at least an hour in the freezer (100 gr)
Vanilla flavor or alternatively cinnamon
Coconut oil 1 tablespoon (10 g)
Almonds 4-5
Grated coconut or coconut chips 1 tablespoon (8 g)
Preparation: put everything in the blender, without ice, or alternatively with ice (3-4 cubes) if the banana is not frozen. The calories are about 370 and allow you to accompany this smoothie with a low-fat white yogurt for a perfect breakfast. Optionally, you can sweeten the coffee smoothie with a teaspoon of honey.
