The coffee scrub to fight cellulite

The coffee scrub to fight cellulite

In summer, the watchword is to prepare the skin.

In the sun, at hair removal (there are those who use waxing only in summer), and in any case at the hours we spend more willingly with our skin uncovered, in every sense.
Discovery because we dress lighter and discovery because we reveal our skin to prying eyes.

For this reason, we all want to show legs with compact and more toned skin, and by crossing them or going to the beach the last thing we want is to show cellulite instead, more or less intense.

This simple coffee scrub acts on two fronts: on the one hand it prepares the skin for hair removal and tanning, on the other hand it is perfect for those who want to reduce the effect of cellulite and have more beautiful skin.
I’ve already tried it! 😉

COFFEE SCRUB TO FIGHT CELLULITE

A cup of restricted coffee
6 tablespoons of coconut oil (sweet almond is fine too but coconut oil is really super!)
3 tablespoons of iodized and whole-grain salt

Warning:
the more quality the ingredients, the better.
So the oil must have no other ingredients or fragrances, and the salt must be marine and integral.

Mix all the ingredients (if the coconut oil is solid, heat it in a saucepan for a moment) and pour them into a clean jar. It will be enough for a couple of coffee scrubs.

How to make the coffee scrub?
Once in the shower, before moistening the skin or getting wet, take a small handful of scrub, pass it on the skin and rub it with an exfoliating glove made of natural fibers.
Then run the shower, and wash yourself with a jet of hot water (and natural soap).
Get out of the shower, rub a veil of coconut oil or sweet almond oil.
