It’s called Chrono-nutrition, it is a regimen that is based on chronodiet , or on a diet that follows a precise timing (when to eat and how much to eat), and has been developed in France by Dr. Delabos, nutritionist, for some time now. year. Well known in the rest of the world but little to us, the chronodiet of Dr. Delabos would have been the secret behind which, according to the famous newspaper The Sun , the latest case of shock weight loss is hidden: a Macedonian girl with the advice of the chrono-nutrition of Delabos would have lost 60 kilos, going from 110 to 50 kilos without going hungry, and above all by eating chocolate and cheese.

Basically, once you have identified your morphotype , the Delabois chronodiet would allow you to lose weight by eating the right foods, in the right quantities and at the right time.
About four meals are eaten a day, three of which are main with 5-hour intervals.
In the morning, breakfast is mainly composed of fatty foods, protein foods and foods with a low glycemic index (such as wholemeal bread: an example of a breakfast is bread, butter and cheese or the English breakfast of eggs and bacon), the lunch with proteins such as meat and fish in quantity plus a small portion of pasta or rice and a minimum amount of vegetables, and dinner is protein and light with a plate of lean meats or fish and a small portion of vegetables. The jolly meal is the snack, which can be with dark chocolate or a fruit.
