The big mistakes that can make you gain weight again

The point is to start from the beginning, which is why we put on weight when we are in maintenance and have just finished a diet. Are there things we might have known before that could prevent us from putting on pounds as if they were the unfading home upholstery? Well yes.
Here are what mistakes to avoid: my dispassionate advice is not to make them any more, worrying about changing the situation when you realize you are doing exactly the opposite. Believe me, as much as they may be underestimated, they are mistakes not to be taken lightly.
HOW TO AVOID GETTING FAT AGAIN
1) Don’t go on a crash diet: the temptation to lose weight right away is strong. I would very much like to understand that if all the people who wrote to me saying no, they wanted to lose 30 kilos immediately at any cost, they were able to do it and stay their weight. I hope so for them, but the best thing is always to start by reducing a minimum of calories, for example cutting two hundred calories a day, trying to count them in the right way until you make an eye on the portions. In parallel, move more, for example running more errands on foot on non-training days, and training the rest of the time.
2) Do not train every day: the stress of the diet must not be coupled with the stress of continuous training, otherwise it is easier for the metabolism to stall. The choice of the right workout is also determined: not just cardio, not just aerobic. Weight training combined with aerobics gives greater results, because it strengthens and increases lean mass.
3) Do not eat “as before”, only in reduced form. Take care of nutrition, through the pantry: not only the calories count, but also the quality of the food we eat. The more nutritious it is, the more varied it is, the more sustained our metabolism will feel, and our health will not falter.
