Here are the rules of her big breakfast diet:
1) Breakfast before nine: breakfast must be made by nine, never after. By nine you must have stopped eating.
2) Satisfying but healthy breakfast: wholemeal bread, jam, butter, orange juice, porridge and yogurt, but also some sweets that will delight you, cow or vegetable milk, eggs, avocado, nut butter, nuts, nutella are also good. The important thing is to make sure you are eating balanced. Not just carbohydrates. And to eat a lot. Up to 600 calories per day.
