The apple slimming drink
A very simple slimming drink to make and ideal as an afternoon snack, but also as a non-alcoholic aperitif: it combines the benefits of apple fibers with cucumber and celery, the first draining, the second fat burner. Clearly you do not imagine that only by drinking it your extra pounds will disappear because this is not the case, but if you are on a diet this drink can help you drain your body, satisfy you easily, reduce nervous hunger!
Only about seventy calories, for a highly satiating drink, which combines the benefits of raw vegetables rich in water with vitamins C and K, with an antioxidant action, and potassium, which hydrates but also promotes diuresis. Although raw celery is difficult for many due to its flavor, in this case the combination with apple makes the smoothie tasty. Finally, the extra trick to make this slimming drink particularly efficient could not be missing: ginger (better fresh than powder), which increases the anti-inflammatory benefits of vegetables and promotes thermogenesis. There are two versions of this drink : one with apple, one with pineapple. Try them both.
THE SLIMMING DRINK WITH APPLE
A medium sized cucumber (150 gr)
Three small stalks of celery (130 gr)
A small red (100 gr) or yellow apple A small
piece of fresh ginger.
Blend the ingredients together with 3-4 ice cubes. If you want you can also use the extractor, but the juice will be less filling than the smoothie, and the good thing about this drink is the fibers!
THE SLIMMING DRINK WITH PINEAPPLE
Blend the same quantities of cucumber and celery with 2-3 slices of fresh pineapple or 150 ml of pineapple juice. Here, too, you can add fresh ginger.
