A detox drink that stimulates the drainage of liquids, intestinal regularity, lipid metabolism, and which can also be drunk in summer. Its sour taste due to the combination of apple cider vinegar and lemon is mitigated by the taste of apples. Ideal for those with blood sugar and insulin resistance problems, thanks to cinnamon, this drink should be drunk between main meals, even half an hour before.

DETOX DRINK WITH APPLE VINEGAR, THE RECIPE

  • 400 ml of water
  • 1-2 apple cider vinegar
  • a spoonful of lemon juice
  • a teaspoon of cinnamon
  • half a teaspoon of stevia
  • half an apple into slices
  • Procedure: combine all the ingredients in a shaker apart from the apple. After mixing them well, pour your detox drink into a jug, add the apple and refrigerate overnight. The next day, drink half in the first part of the morning with a few ice cubes and half in the second part of the day, or in the afternoon. The dose is daily.
  • As an alternative to stevia, try honey or agave syrup.
    For those with high blood sugar issues, I recommend a combination of hypoglycemic spices: cinnamon + cloves + dry or fresh ginger.
  • To reduce the sour taste and increase the draining effect, it is possible to add sliced ​​cucumber in maceration together with the apple.
