The apologies of those who do not want to go on a diet to lose weight
People who want to go on a diet to lose weight are divided into two big categories: those who try, and those who find an excuse to never try . As you know, most dieters tend to fail. However, people who are thin and who have managed to lose weight undoubtedly belong to the first category, that of those who make an effort to go on a diet.
Well, below I bring you a list of the biggest excuses that people come up with to avoid going on a diet to lose weight : some come from my experience, others I took from this article. If you find yourself in one of these excuses, it means that you are more or less lying to yourself, that there would be a way for you to lose weight too, and that the truth is that you are too lazy to do it!
The best excuses:
1) I can’t go on a diet because I have health problems: the health problems are solved by the doctor, and the diet is given to you by the dietician, who is a doctor. Some health problems would benefit greatly from weight loss.
2) I can’t go on a diet because it’s expensive and I can’t afford it: I’ve been doing gymnastics at home for years. Having a healthy lifestyle, exercise or activity and proper nutrition is not a cost. You don’t have to buy any creams or pills, but more fruits and vegetables. Legumes cost nothing.In this article I will explain how to stay on a diet without spending a fortune at the supermarketÂ
4) I cannot go on a diet because I have a slow metabolism / I have a dysfunction / others lose weight and I am not:and you have not yet gone to the doctor to find out the causes? If it were a dysfunction there would be a therapy to follow. If, on the other hand, the metabolism is slow due to excess weight, or due to the incorrect diet, wouldn’t it be appropriate to give it a wake up call?
5) I have tried many but I gave up: you have tried them all, none that were close to proper nutrition. Otherwise you would be fit now. Learn to eat right and the weight loss diet will work.
