It is called Turmeric Ginger Tea , and it is a ginger and turmeric herbal tea that has an anti-inflammatory, purifying function for the liver, and is ideal for those suffering from osteoarticular pain and gastrointestinal problems. In fact, both ginger and turmeric are widely used spices in oriental medicine (Indian and Chinese) and are enjoying great success in Italy too for their incredible properties.

GINGER AND TURMERIC HERBAL TEA
For each cup of water (250 ml) you need to use a teaspoon of freshly grated ginger and a teaspoon of grated turmeric. Warning: if you use turmeric powder instead of fresh turmeric root, the doses of turmeric are one third of a teaspoon.

Procedure: Once the water boils, add the ingredients and let it boil for about ten minutes. Finish with a slice of lemon or the squeeze of half a lemon and a teaspoon of honey if you can take sugars, otherwise a pinch of stevia.

Variation: To improve the absorption of curcumin, add a tablespoon of Tibiona type coconut milk, or a teaspoon of coconut oil or ghee.
