The 5-day detox diet: 2 kg away
A detoxifying diet of only 5 days to quickly lose 2 kilos , a lightning and very healthy regimen for those who need to deflate immediately and want a quick solution without running into nutritional deficiencies. The very simple scheme provides for a semi-liquid regime as follows: a protein type food per meal + a shake for a total of three daily meals. Here is the scheme and the recipes step by step.
5-DAY DETOX DIET: THE
RULES SCHEME:Â a glass of low-mineral water at room temperature should be drunk before each meal.
Shakes can be prepared one or two days in advance and stored in the fridge: in this case, shake them well first.
Breakfast:Â about 150 g fat-free low-fat Greek yogurt + a red shake
Lunch:Â 150 g of chicken or white fish or two eggs cooked in a non-stick pan + a green shake
Dinner : a large can of natural tuna with 2 medium or a small veal steak of maximum 130 gr + a cocoa shake
SHAKE RECIPES for the detox diet
RED SHAKE:Â rich in vitamin C and anthocyanins
Blend 100 gr of pitted and frozen cherries (or 2 fresh, medium black plums) with 100 gr of fresh blueberries or raspberries, 200 ml of beetroot ( you can order it from the bio ), the juice of half a lemon and a tablespoon of açai berry powder (you can order it from the bio or click on the link) plus a sprinkle of cinnamon. Sweeten with stevia
GREEN SHAKE: rich in fiber and good fats
Blend 100 gr of avocado pulp with 100 gr of fresh spinach, 100 gr of fennel, 1 cucumber, a teaspoon of chia seeds, 300 ml of water and the juice of half a lemon. Sweeten with stevia or neutral drink.
COCOA SHAKE: anti-stress and anti-fatigue
Blend half a frozen banana with a tablespoon (10 g) of unsweetened cocoa, 100 g of spinach, 200 ml of skimmed milk, two dried dates. Sweeten with stevia or neutral drink.
