THE 30-40 BITES DIET OF DOCTOR FABRIZIO DURANTI: THE RULES
- Always start eating while seated, with your legs under the table.
- Drink 2 glasses of water before a meal.
- Chew each bite 30 to 40 times, until it becomes liquid. Warning: this rule is fundamental. You really have to count every chew. 30/40 chews per bite, moving food from one side of the teeth to the other.
- Experiment with this method for at least 7 days.
- Do not drink any more water with meals.
The result? According to Dr. Duranti it is effective and surprising: less swollen belly, faster digestion , easier to satiate, automatic reduction of the food load, weight loss.
