The 2 day fat burning diet
If you have decided to take a “slimming” break, you are looking for a quick detox regimen, you want to get back into shape quickly, knowing that in two days you cannot have a new body, but a more deflated stomach and a drier look, yes, then this 2 day fast fat burning diet might be for you. I personally do not like drastic regimes or slimming diets in general, but it is also true that 2 days in themselves do not create imbalances of any kind, especially if you do not fast.
To do on the weekend,  this is the 48-hour fat burning diet : a completely vegan two-day regimen , which involves taking two drinks that you can make at home. And that will allow you to lose some excess fluids.
2-DAY FAT BURN DIET: THE MENU
The diet menu is very simple: you can only eat three categories of foods . Grain cereals and a few wholemeal products (rye bread, wasa slices), green leafy vegetables (spinach, chard, herbs, salad), and tomatoes.
For example:
Breakfast:Â a cup of drink # 1 (first of all), a cup of unsweetened green tea, a bruschetta of tomato rye bread, with a teaspoon of oil.
Lunch : brown rice or whole grains (oats, spelled) or pseudocereals (buckwheat, quinoa) with cherry tomatoes or gravy or herbs. (free portion of vegetables, cereals not exceeding 80 g), spinach salad.
Snack:a cup of green tea, three brown rice cakes
Dinner:Â see lunch, plus after dinner a cup of drink # 2.
A teaspoon of oil is allowed per meal, spices and aromatic herbs are free.
I anticipate that it is tough . Not so much for the diet (it only lasts 2 days) but because drink 1 drunk at breakfast sucks and you cannot alternate the two drinks, but drink them exactly when it is indicated.
Drink 1:
6 tablespoons of lemon juice
4 raw cloves of garlic (yes, you got it right)
2 large tomatoes
half a liter of water
Do you understand now why you have to do it on the weekend? It is also better to avoid leaving the house, apart from in the evening, by arming yourself with mints.
Drink 2:
300 ml of water
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of dry chilli
1 teaspoon of dry (or fresh) ginger
1 teaspoon of malt (barley, rice).
