The 2 day Dukan diet
Before you turn up your nose, let me clarify one thing immediately : I started this blog talking badly about the traditional Dukan diet, and I have always been one of the biggest detractors of the Dukan method.
The Dukan diet, the real one, is a low-fat protein diet, which makes you lose weight in the short term but has various side effects, and ensure that those who follow it almost always regain all the weight lost.
For heaven’s sake: there are exceptions!
The Dukan escalier or 7-day diet , for example, is a dietary regimen useful for those who must lose less than ten kilos but compared to the Dukan it is safe and balanced.
This is because there are two protein days, and a food category is added from Monday to Sunday. This means that we tend to eat less, without debilitating the metabolism and digestion with the effects of a real protein diet.
But another useful exception for weight loss  is that of the 2-day Dukan diet or the Dukan lightning diet.
This is an even smaller version of the Dukan diet: only two days of the attack phase, and then five days of free and balanced diet.
This lightning diet causes you to lose up to 2 kilos in two days, which after the other five in which you return to balanced eating, becomes a kilo or a kilo and a half.
This is because in the first two days excess fluids are lost which are partially re-integrated. But the positive aspect is that these two days of Dukan can also be repeated in the following weeks, and one-off to keep in line.
