The 2-day Body Reset diet
The 2-day “Body Reset” diet is a simple quick detox to deflate the tummy featured in Women’s Health magazine . According to this simple regimen, which we can do whenever we feel the need to deflate, it is important to strictly follow the dietary indications and not go too far even by varying the foods. This is precisely because it is a 2-day diet , perfect if we have failed in the previous days or are planning an important dinner or lunch in the following days.
This 2-day diet is also perfect as a quick detox and compensation diet after the holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter, August 15th): in fact, it allows us to immediately deflate the belly, reduce calories and lose accumulated fluids by eating too much.
2-day “Body Reset” diet
Breakfast: smoothie with 200 ml of skimmed milk, or of rice or light soy, with 130 g of blueberries or red fruits, a teaspoon of peanut butter or a teaspoon of flax seeds, sprinkled with bitter cocoa, sweetener to taste and a few ice cubes (optional). Morning snack with a cucumber + a cup of green tea with sweetener. Fresh ginger and mint can be added to the tea as desired.
Lunch and dinner:unlimited amount of raw or sautéed green leafy vegetables including rocket, endive, spinach, chicory, chard, field herbs, salad, watercress + 2 teaspoons of oil in all and 120 grams of chicken, turkey or cottage cheese or fish white or natural tuna or 100 gr of natural tofu. Afternoon snack with a cup of green tea + 100 grams of steamed asparagus with a spoonful of low-fat yogurt and a hint of mustard (or raw fennel).
Possible additions: balsamic vinegar, mustard, lemon juice, aromatic herbs, spices, garlic.
Tea, coffee, herbal tea and zero-calorie drinks are allowed.
