The 100th diet: a simple diet to permanently lose weight
Imagine a woman who struggles all her life with extra pounds , who is well aware that to lose weight she has to eat less and move more , but who is also a person like everyone else, or like many of us: with her commitments , her family, her two children, her stress, the nervous hunger that comes back to grips her every time she tries to restrict calories . She obviously tried everything, but her weight went away and returned, and each time she lost motivation and felt like a failure.Â
