Sulfur flowers: what they are and health benefits

The Sulfur Flowers, in English called FOS, are a bright yellow powder, which must be taken as a natural supplement in very small doses, or a tip of a teaspoon taken in the morning on an empty stomach, for a period of seven days every other day or three days maximum in a row.

HOW TO TAKE SULFUR FLOWERS

Flowers of Sulfur can be taken internally in two ways, for a limited period of time and in minimal doses. Usually a week but every other day or for 3 days in a row.

In this case, put a pinch of a teaspoon or a small pinch of powdered flowers of sulfur in a glass of water or mix it in a teaspoon of organic honey or molasses (better molasses) and ingest it. Absolutely do not overdo the dose and do not prolong the intake.
It can have a mild laxative effect and used internally is suitable for a strong intestinal, hepatic and metabolic detoxification.
