First of all, why lavender? Lavender essential oil has countless properties: anti-inflammatory, calming, natural antidepressant, analgesic and detoxifying, useful against insomnia and nervous hunger, it is a perfect oil to enrich a drink based on water and lemon, accentuating its purifying properties , regulating and detoxifying.

This is the recipe:
6 cups of purified water (per cup: 250 ml, so about a liter and a half)
4 heaping tablespoons of organic honey
a drop of lavender essential oil
the juice of one lemon + a sliced ​​lemon
