fad-diets-7You know the saying “it just works”? Well, I’m a huge fan of this expression. More or less it is equivalent to saying that the important thing is to reach the goal, even if the (legitimate) way is absurd or it may seem strange. In this case, our goal is one: eat a little less to lose weight. And avoid transgressing especially if we have a few pounds to lose. Going on a diet, as everyone knows, makes you hungry, even when we eat more in terms of volume. It is precisely the concept of a slimming diet that triggers nervous hunger: the fact of not being able to eat freely is a great psychological stress, and often a low-calorie diet and fitness are not enough to make us get visible results immediately. Sometimes weight loss has its timing, even if the path we have taken is the right one. In this case, being tempted and failing or even giving up the diet are two very common behaviors, typical of dietary stress.

But … What if instead we added some harmless expedient to diet and fitness to make you less hungry? It would be so much easier!
Here are the ones that I can recommend and that, even if strange, work very well.
1) BEWARE OF FATS: search for it on the internet, cut it out of a newspaper, or if you have lost weight and don’t want to go back to how you were, take it from the family album. That is, take a photo of an obese person who is a little like you in height and gender and who doesn’t like him at all. You must have it physically, a jpg is not enough. Put it in your wallet and whenever you go out for dinner or enter a sinful place (ice cream shop, bakery, pastry shop, pizzeria, rotisserie), take a look before ordering (CONTINUED ON PAGE 2)
