Sorrentino’s 3-day lightning diet
This 3-day lightning diet is a shock detoxification regime proposed by Dr. Nicola Sorrentino, the dietician of the VIPs.
I propose again his slimming plan, which you can also find here , this time with more precise indications on the quantities, so as not to make mistakes, but be careful!
This 3-day lightning regimen devised by dietician Dr. Sorrentino is designed as a quick compensation diet after a period of binges. Maybe a weekend in which we ate too much, holidays like Christmas, Easter and Carnival, the return from a holiday. It is not meant to last longer , being very low calorie.
Here is the plan with the quantities of food, and some little extra help, mine, to keep it going without sacrifice.
