Snack: the “right” diet snacks

dietetic snacksOn the facebook page of my blog I often find myself answering the question: ” what do I eat for a snack ?”. People who want to lose weight and can’t follow a diet typically have no problems with lunch, dinner, or even breakfast, but it’s between meals that the drama occurs. In particular, it is difficult to find satisfying and crafty alternatives to avoid going wrong , ruining one’s appetite, throwing up the good intentions of staying at the table. The problem with cheats is that they do not satiate but weigh on the balance due to the added sugars that we do not consider, and that our body does however consider, as well as the metabolism. However let’s put the case that we are hungry, and on our waythere is either a pastry shop or a supermarket . Here: the supermarket is your alternative.
Let ‘s see what it can offer us for a quick snack , as a thing to keep in your handbag or as a treat, without raising your blood sugar too much

1) 100% FRUIT APPLE BARS : they are found in many well-equipped supermarkets, often in the refrigerator department. They are one hundred percent fruit bars, with no other sugars and no cereals (do not take melinda fruit and cereals). Do not take other types of bars, so to speak with puffed cereals, puffed rice, nuts, hazelnuts etc. I passed them all to the radar and they always contain sugar (who knows what idea the clerks had of me: the food reader?) Same thing for the Fruit Sensation product: bags with diced fruit jelly with no added sugar.
2) PARMIGIANO REGGIANO MINISNACK packaged. Each minisnack has 78 calories, and is perfect as a protein snack. You can put one in your purse if you want to eat something in the office, instead of the little diet crackers.
3) RIGHT WITHOUT SUGAR: these are actually found in pharmacies or parapharmacies, they are Giuliani’s sugar-free chocolate bars for people with overweight problems. The cost, however, is advantageous: online they are 90 cents or one fifty euro. The same line also has low-glycemic and sugar-free biscuits and shortbreads. Unlike other brands, the ingredients are few, recognizable, and do not contain hydrogenated fats and preservatives.
4) OLIVES IN BAGS: in some supermarkets there are walking olives, from SaclĂ  or even without brand. I’m a pound or less for just over 100 calories.

5) Under 18 of DEANOCCIOLA / CREMA DELLA TUSCIA: in my opinion the best product of hazelnut and cocoa cream. It contains a whopping 38 percent hazelnuts, and fructose is the last ingredient on the list. You can find it at ESSELUNGA, but this is the company’s website to find out what other supermarkets it supplies. A teaspoon for a peckish does not hurt if we are craving for dessert.
6) KEFIR WATER WITH STEVIA:you can find it in the Auchans and in some well-stocked supermarkets. It is kefir water with natural flavors and stevia: the only drink that I feel I can recommend for a regenerating break instead of the various fruit juices that damage your figure!
7) BAR OF DARK CHOCOLATE EXTRAMARO: the closer to one hundred percent cocoa the better. I recommend the 90% dark bars. I don’t think you can eat more than two or three squares.
