Slimming essential oil: does it work?
According to some studies (see the end of the article for all sources), inhaling, that is, breathing some essential oils can be effective in
helping us lose weight, always in addition to a healthy diet and an active life. In other cases they are oils that can be diluted in water. Here are four essential oils : choose your slimming essential oil from these and test them for at least a month.
Lime essential oil: Lime is a citrus fruit with a greenish skin, similar to a small lemon. According to a 2010 study, its essential oil
helps both to lose weight and to counteract the effects of swelling and accumulation of body weight due to certain drugs (for example cortisone).
How to use: this is an essential slimming oil that we can drink in three drops in a liter of water (or tea, not hot), or put in the quantity of
three drops a day in salads (which would give them a pleasant aroma lemon), roasts, fish or vegetable creams.
Mint Essential Oil: Perhaps many of you will already know. Mint essential oil can be diluted in a liter of water from one to two drops to help athletes in their performance, because it helps lung capacity. Inhaled, this slimming essential oil
works against nervous hunger, in particular it distracts from the desire for sweets.
Grapefruit essential oil: I’ve talked about this in the past . It seems that the limonene contained in grapefruit oil aids weight loss and reduces appetite. It should be inhaled several times a day for it to be effective.
Cardamom essential oil: delicious, prevents weight accumulation and facilitates digestion and normal body cleansing. Ideal for those suffering
from swollen stomachs and digestive disorders, this slimming essential oil should be used like lime oil, maximum 2-3 drops per day in some dish:
for example in a tea, in porridge, in a legume curry , in a portion of dessert.
