Six ways to detox without a detox diet

????????????????????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?Spring and summer are the seasons sacrificed to lightning diets and detox diets: in particular it is detox, the anxiety to get rid of toxins, the swelling of winter and even a few extra pounds, that pushes many people to try a detox diet , which generally includes fasting solid foods (liquid or semi-liquid diet), draining herbal teas, centrifuged and vegetable soups. But one question remains: does the detox as a weight loss regimen work? If we have exaggerated for the whole year, doing a week, five or just three days of detox diet will not allow us to free ourselves from the effects of a less than perfect diet.
Indeedan excess of salt in the diet, the constant intake of pesticides and chemical additives tend to make us fat much more than the food we put on our tables.  It would then be enough to consider these six habits to get rid of the “obesogenic factors”, that is, from those eating or lifestyle behaviors that lead us to obesity, and do it easily all year round. We will run less risk of gaining weight and keep our metabolism always high. Here is what Dr.  Joseph E. Pizzorno , considered one of the world authorities in the field of naturopathy and alternative medicine, as well as a point man of the White House Commission (in the Clinton and Bush administrations) on alternative medicines, advises. Doctor Pizzorno too

recommends detoxifying without a specific detox diet, but with these six little habits.
1) Prefer organic food or in any case inquire about which foods are less contaminated by pesticides. For example: pineapple is a very little contaminated fruit, so we can also buy it from the supermarket (fresh).
2) Use cosmetics and personal hygiene cleaners that do not contain phthalates , substances that are used as solvents in perfumes and scented products.
3) Increase your daily fiber consumption: they will help the liver and intestines get rid of waste substances. Yes to oat flakes, flax seeds, lentils and beans, fruits and vegetables.
4) Reduce salt, especially hidden salt, in particularly savory foods, where salt masks the poverty of taste.
5) If you have to, use safe food supplements that have been tested and are of the highest quality, but stay away from products that claim to be Ayurvedic . According to Pizzorno they have no proven efficacy.
6) Clean your home of toxins. Buy organic and safe detergents, or make them at home with very little expense ( here a link to make them at home ). Also avoid smoking indoors.
